Founder, WEALIGN

Tina Hall is the author and founder of WEALIGN, a ministry devoted to helping individuals rediscover their God given identity and walk in emotional and spiritual wholeness. Her calling is rooted in a lifelong desire to serve others with compassion, clarity, and a steady belief in the transformative power of faith.

Tina is the product of a father with a third grade education and a teenage mother who worked tirelessly to support their family. Although her childhood was marked by poverty, it was also shaped by a father who carried a vision for her life that reached far beyond their circumstances. He told her she could achieve anything she set her mind to. He encouraged her to look beyond the small neighborhood where she was raised and to see herself as the great woman he believed she would become. His words became the foundation of her resilience and the source of her desire to uplift others.

As Tina grew, she discovered a deep love for learning and a commitment to helping people rise above the limitations placed on them. She became the first in her family to pursue higher education, eventually earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Regent University. Her academic journey was an act of faith and stewardship, a way of honoring the sacrifices of her parents and the grace that carried her forward.

Her life shifted in unexpected ways when both her father and mother passed within six months of each other during a season that required strength she did not yet know she had. In the midst of this loss, Tina found herself divorced and raising two sons without her earthly father to guide her. It was her faith in God as her heavenly Father that carried her through and became the foundation of the purpose she walks in today.

Tina’s academic and professional experiences became tools God used to shape her voice, deepen her understanding, and prepare her to minister to people who carry heavy stories of their own. Her years as a professor, researcher, and leader taught her how to meet people where they are, how to listen with discernment, and how to guide others with patience and compassion. These experiences formed the heart of her ministry and strengthened her desire to help people heal, grow, and rediscover the truth of who they are in God.

WEALIGN was created from this conviction. Tina founded the ministry to help people realign their hearts and identity with the truth of who God says they are. Her teaching blends biblical wisdom, emotional clarity, and practical guidance that meets people with gentleness and respect. She speaks with warmth and humility, offering steady encouragement to those who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their purpose.

Tina's life is a testimony of what is possible when faith is nurtured and when encouragement takes root. Through WEALIGN, she continues to serve others with the same spirit her father poured into her. She offers hope, courage, and a quiet confidence that reminds every person they are created with intention and called to live with purpose.
